Viggo Mortensen receives the Joseph Plateau Honorary Award at Film Fest Ghent

Viggo Mortensen received the Joseph Plateau Honorary Award 2020 in Ghent (Belgium) on Sunday 18 October. He was honoured for his contribution to the art of filmmaking as an actor and now a director. His directorial debut film is called Falling.

He is well known for his acting roles in Eastern Promises (2007), Captain Fantastic (2016), and Green Book (2018). He was also nominated three times for an Academy Award.
