Korean Movie ”Peninsula”

Peninsula is a sequel of “Train to Busan” (2016).  The setting is exactly four years after.  

Four years after TRAIN TO BUSAN, the Korean Peninsula has become full of zombies.  Nobody came to rescue and the survivors gave up hope.   Then Army Unit 631 and some Police became evil and start attacking people.   Jung-seok (Gang Dong-won), a soldier who previously escaped the diseased wasteland, was assigned to go back…

Director Yeon Sang-ho said it was scary for him to see those zombie actors throwing themselves at him.  He shows in the film that “survival is not about where you are but with whom you are”.  

The movie is for all ages to enjoy in theaters during this Covid-19 era.
